MY NAME IS SARAH OLSEN

I have been a physical therapist for 9 years, working in early intervention, school-based settings, and outpatient pediatric settings. I spent the last 8 years working at Seattle Children's Hospital where I was the lead PT for the Neuromuscular clinic. My husband and our two daughters relocated back to Montana to be closer to family in early 2024. So far I am loving the outdoors and all Montana has to offer!

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Oregon University. I went on to get my Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at The University of St. Augustine. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of neuromuscular conditions, brain and spinal injuries, seizure disorders, genetic disorders, and gross motor delays. I utilize my strengths in gait training, orthotics management, creative therapeutic exercise, and durable medical equipment to effectively treat my patients. I have a passion for helping my patients and their families reach their goals, no matter how far out they seem! I strongly believe in thinking out of the box to help my patients reach their highest potential!

Summer Intensive Physical Therapy Program 2025....

The Plan

During the summer, I am offering intensive physical therapy sessions to hone in on specific goals. This summer program will consist of physical therapy multiple days per week for 4-6 weeks. It is designed to provide specific, focused and effective treatment to help children make significant progress in a shorter period of time. Research shows that many children gain more progress towards their goals in a few weeks of intensive therapy than they do in a whole 12 months of ongoing traditional therapy.

Intensive Program Referrals from Physician: Due by May 30, 2025

Intensive Program Evaluations: Completed in June 2025

4 Week Program Dates: July 7th to August 1st

6 Week Program Dates: June 23rd to August 1st
